Nehemiah’s leadership represents a model that integrates spirituality, clear vision, and managerial competence in building and organizing the life of the community in a purposeful manner. This study aims to examine the relevance of Nehemiah’s leadership principles to management practices and human resource development at The Kapernaum Indonesian Christian Church, Solafide Congregation, Jakarta. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through biblical study and contextual analysis of church ministry practices. The findings indicate that Nehemiah’s leadership emphasizes the importance of strategic planning, communal cooperation, clear task delegation, leadership integrity, and spiritual motivation in enhancing congregational participation. These principles are proven to be relevant for contemporary church organizational management in creating effective, well-structured, and sustainable ministry. Therefore, Nehemiah’s leadership can serve as a practical-theological paradigm for developing church management and empowering human resources holistically amid the challenges of modern ministry.
