Implementasi Kelas Pemuridan “Saya Pengikut Kristus” Sebagai Model Pembinaan Iman Jemaat Di Gereja Sidang Jemaat Allah CFM Poris Tangerang

Abstract
Discipleship Is The Essential Core Of The Church's Mission To Foster A Transformative Relationship Between Believers And Christ. However, Contemporary Discipleship Is Often Reduced To Mere Doctrinal Teaching Programs, Triggering A Gap Between Church Participation And Spiritual Maturity. This Phenomenon Also Occurs At Gsja Cfm Poris Tangerang, Where Congregants Actively Worship But Still Lack Personal Spiritual Disciplines. This Community Service (Pkm) Research Aims To Implement And Evaluate The "Saya Pengikut Kristus" (I Am A Follower Of Christ) Discipleship Class As A Systematic, Relational, And Contextual Training Model To Bridge This Gap. Utilizing A Participatory Qualitative Approach, The Program Was Conducted Over Eight Weeks, Involving 15 Participants In Small Groups. Data Collection Was Carried Out Through Participant Observation, In-Depth Interviews, And Reflective Journal Analysis To Identify Patterns Of Spiritual Transformation And The Emerging Community Dynamics. The Results Indicate That The Implementation Of The Discipleship Class Contributes Significantly To Congregational Faith Growth. Participants Experienced An Increased Awareness Of Their Identity In Christ, Deeper Interaction With God's Word, And Greater Consistency In Prayer And Spiritual Disciplines. The Relational Aspect Of Small Groups Proved Effective In Creating A Supportive Environment That Strengthened Interpersonal Relationships And Commitment To Ministry. Despite Facing Challenges Such As Time Constraints, Varying Participant Commitment, And Digital Culture Distractions, The Flexible Approach Successfully Overcame These Hurdles. This Study Concludes That A Relational And Contextual Discipleship Model Is Highly Effective In Driving Behavior Change And Authentic Spiritual Transformation Within The Local Church. This Program Offers A Practical, Replicable Model For The Development Of Practical Theology And Discipleship Ministries Across Churches In Indonesia, Making Them More Relevant And Impactful In Addressing Modern Life Challenges.
Abstrak
Pemuridan merupakan inti esensial misi gereja untuk membentuk relasi transformatif jemaat dengan Kristus. Namun, pemuridan masa kini sering kali tereduksi menjadi program pengajaran doktrinal semata, sehingga memicu kesenjangan antara partisipasi kegiatan gerejawi dan kedewasaan spiritual jemaat. Fenomena ini juga terjadi di GSJA CFM Poris Tangerang, di mana jemaat aktif beribadah tetapi masih minim disiplin rohani personal. Penelitian pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi kelas pemuridan “Saya Pengikut Kristus” sebagai model pembinaan yang sistematis, relasional, dan kontekstual guna menjembatani kesenjangan tersebut. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif partisipatoris, program ini dilaksanakan selama delapan minggu dengan melibatkan 15 peserta dalam kelompok kecil. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis jurnal reflektif untuk mengidentifikasi pola transformasi spiritual serta dinamika komunitas yang terbentuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kelas pemuridan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan iman jemaat. Peserta mengalami peningkatan kesadaran identitas dalam Kristus, kedalaman interaksi dengan firman Tuhan, serta konsistensi dalam doa dan disiplin rohani. Aspek relasional kelompok kecil terbukti menciptakan lingkungan suportif yang memperkuat hubungan interpersonal dan komitmen pelayanan. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu, variasi komitmen peserta, dan distraksi budaya digital, pendekatan yang fleksibel mampu mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pemuridan yang relasional dan kontekstual sangat efektif dalam mendorong perubahan perilaku serta transformasi rohani yang autentik di tingkat gereja lokal. Program ini menawarkan model praktis yang dapat direplikasi bagi pengembangan teologi praktika dan pelayanan pemuridan di gereja-gereja Indonesia agar lebih relevan serta berdampak dalam menjawab tantangan kehidupan modern.
